Drawing on childhood memories, Pete has created this humorous and nostalgic image: Not Stopping Long.

'I always found it funny when someone would pop round determined not to hang about, despite knowing they would be offered a cuppa and possibly a couple of biscuits whilst everyone had a good natter. Their immediate utterance: "Not stopping long" coupled with the decision not to take their coat off would always amuse me. Despite their initial protest, they would always be destined to sit on that settee for at least 20 minutes – their fate sealed as soon as their other half popped their coat on a hook when they stepped through the door.'
