Delivery Options

Delivery within the UK

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of unframed art prints and other products such as books and mugs. 7-10 working days for framed art prints.

Our orders are sent via the courier service DPD. Once your item has been dispatched from us you will receive an email/text from them to let you know the time and date your item will be delivered.

Delivery outside the UK

Please allow 4 - 10 working days for delivery on art prints and products worldwide. Delivery prices will be calculated at the checkout.

Delivery to the EU

Please note if you are ordering from a country within the EU Your order may be subject to customs charges that you may not have had to pay in the past. If you are unsure about customs chargers please check with your local authority before ordering as sadly we have no control over these prices. 

Please note: unfortunately we can not deliver framed art prints outside the UK

Collection 

Collection is currently unable until we move premises to Leah's Yard in the Summer of 2024. Our delivery service will be available and unaffected during this period.

Returns Info

It is possible to return an item bought from the online shop for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

The only exception for returns is unframed paper prints which can only be exchanged. If you have any questions about returns please email store@petemckee.com
