We're going on a bear hunt

The Bears of Sheffield have arrived in town! Organised by The Children's Hospital Charity to raise money for the new Cancer Ward at Sheffield Children’s, 60 Big Bears and 100 Little Bears will be lining the Sheffield streets from now until the end of September. We hope you enjoy meeting and collecting all the bears which are scattered around Sheffield ready for you to find them. The little bears were decorated by talented children and young people of all ages from schools across the region. The big bears were brought to life by professional local and international artists.

Pete’s bear can be spotted in Hallam Square opposite the Millennium Gallery.

‘When it came to naming my bear I wanted to incorporate a message into the title: “Thank You Sheffield Children’s Hospital”. This bear represents the feelings of love and gratitude felt by us parents who have ever needed to use their amazing services. We thank you for looking after those most precious to us. We love you NHS.'
