To celebrate the city we are delighted to reveal Pete’s new Birmingham themed tourist poster. This print combines the artist’s love of traditional railway posters with his individual take on this wonderful city.
"I really enjoyed coming up with my interpretation of this interesting city. I love that it has an industrial history, similar to the city I grew up in. I also find it fascinating that it has more miles of canal than Venice, which I find quite romantic." - Pete McKee
The posters will be available to purchase from the pop-up gallery and the McKee website at 10am, Thursday the 4th of July. The first 50 posters at the location will be signed by Pete, so make sure you get down there!
To celebrate the release of his new book, Pete will hold a book signing at the Birmingham pop-up location from 10am - 12pm on Saturday the 6th of July.

"I was really excited to come up with a design for my Nottingham tourist poster. I’ve often depicted bikes in my work and thought this would be a great opportunity to pay tribute to the Raleigh bikes which were originally manufactured in Nottingham." - Pete McKee
The posters will be available to purchase from both the Nottingham location and the McKee website at 10am on Wednesday 24th of July. The first 50 posters at the Nottingham location will be signed by Pete, so make sure you get down there in time!
