An evening of festive fun, poetry, mince pies and late night shopping featuring a very special performance from A Firm Of Poets. We will be open from 17:00 till 21:00 with the poets taking to our makeshift gallery stage at 19:30.
Entry is free - this will be our only late night opening this Christmas, so if you are looking for any last minute gift ideas our staff will be on hand to help between 17:00 - 19:00. We then look forward to welcoming A Firm Of Poets:
A Firm of Poets is a collective of writers and spoken word artists based in West Yorkshire.
Formed during an all-night walk around the back fields of the Glastonbury Festival, and a sunrise epiphany that was sound-tracked by badly played bongos, they set out their manifesto to bring vital, accessible and energetic spoken word to the masses. The 'Firm' not only showcase themselves, but have a desire to expose the best of emerging talent from the region and beyond.
